How to reach us
Open the app's page on Google Play (The Ledger Report), expand Developer contact, and use the support email or website listed there.
We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What to include
- Bug reports — your device model, Android version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
- Deletion requests — note that you can erase everything yourself, instantly, via Delete My Data; no request needed.
- Privacy questions — see the Privacy Policy first; it covers everything the app does and doesn't collect.
Refunds
The one-time purchase ("Unlock the full story") is processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds are handled through Google Play: open the Google Play refund page, or contact us and we'll help you through it.
